Affiliate Manager payments are funded through the network commissions that Business League collects from the programs you manage. As an Affiliate Manager, you are the main point of contact between your programs and Business League, facilitating smooth communication and alignment. Payments are issued at the beginning of each round, based on the previous round’s total paid commissions from all programs under your management: - Up to 5,000 paid commissions: €0.15 per commission - 5,001 – 10,000 paid commissions: €0.18 per commission - 10,001 – 25,000 paid commissions: €0.25 per commission - 25,001 – 50,000 paid commissions: €0.30 per commission - 50,001+ paid commissions: €0.35 per commission These rates apply only to periods when you are the active Affiliate Manager for a program and do not include Business League break weeks. What are the responsibilities of a Business League Affiliate Manager? Affiliate Manager responsibilities vary by program and are defined in an initial call with the program representative. Generally, you will have access to valuable insights, including: - Financial balance details from the program - Pending commissions to help expedite processing - Pending affiliates for faster approval - Unread messages for timely responses Additionally, you’ll discover other detailed metrics in each program’s dedicated view that you can act upon. What do I have to do to become a Business League Affiliate Manager? To qualify as an Affiliate Manager, you need a marketer user account and meet one of these criteria: - Be a Hall of Fame marketer at the time of profile creation - Be a Unicorn, Corporation, or Company marketer in the round of profile creation - Have prior experience as an affiliate manager (details required) Your account must also not have been suspended for more than 5 days in the recent period.  Finally, all candidates must pass the Affiliate Manager Business League exam to activate their profile. How do I connect with merchants as an Affiliate Manager? There are two ways to initiate collaborations: 1. Merchants who opt to be contacted by potential Affiliate Managers will be listed in a dedicated area for outreach. 2. All merchants can propose a collaboration directly with a Business League Affiliate Manager. After both parties agree to collaborate, a meeting is required to confirm roles and responsibilities.  An Affiliate Manager can manage up to 10 merchants/programs, while each merchant may only have one Affiliate Manager. A merchant can only have one Affiliate Manager. When does a collaboration end? Either the Affiliate Manager or the Merchant can end the collaboration at any time by selecting the “end collaboration” button and confirming the action. Commissions generated while the Affiliate Manager was active in the program will still count toward the usual Business League Affiliate Manager rewards.
